Healthy Skin Smoothie

I’ve had a few busy days and last night I realized I forgot to stop by the grocery store on my way home..  So what’s for dinner..?!

Well, luckily I keep ingredients in my pantry and freezer that will make a protein packed, omega rich healthy skin smoothie for those moments. Although this is usually my breakfast smoothie it works great in the evening too :-) This super creamy smoothie is low in sugar and a great meal replacement that taste good and at the same time is great for the skin. Needless to say I end up making it quiet often!
Here is how:

1 1/2 cup of hemp milk or almond milk
1 scoop Vegetable Protein Boost=12g protein (from Pea, Rice, Chia Seed)
1/4 avocado (if available)
1 cup frozen berries
1/2 lime
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp Green Magic
1 tbsp premium milled flaxseed
1 cup ice

If it’s to thick I just thin it out with aloe vera juice. The best part; it only takes a couple of minutes to prepare.
