I’ve had a few busy days and last night I realized I forgot to stop by the grocery store on my way home.. So what’s for dinner..?!
Well, luckily I keep ingredients in my pantry and freezer that will make a protein packed, omega rich healthy skin smoothie for those moments. Although this is usually my breakfast smoothie it works great in the evening too
This super creamy smoothie is low in sugar and a great meal replacement that taste good and at the same time is great for the skin. Needless to say I end up making it quiet often!
Here is how:
1 1/2 cup of hemp milk or almond milk
1 scoop Vegetable Protein Boost=12g protein (from Pea, Rice, Chia Seed)
1/4 avocado (if available)
1 cup frozen berries
1/2 lime
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp Green Magic
1 tbsp premium milled flaxseed
1 cup ice
If it’s to thick I just thin it out with aloe vera juice. The best part; it only takes a couple of minutes to prepare.
